CampPics Monthly Upload Draw

Eligibility

• The draw is open to legal residents of Canada, including Quebec.
• An entrant must have reached the age of majority in their province or territory.
• The CampPics operator, people involved in administering the draw and members of their household are not eligible.
• A registered CampPics account with a verified email is required.
• One person may not use multiple accounts.

Entry period

Each monthly period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the first calendar day and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the last calendar day. Entries do not carry forward.

Upload entry method

• Each qualifying photo or video uploaded during the monthly period earns one entry. There is no limit on the number of qualifying upload entries.
• Only uploads submitted after the CampPics Monthly Upload Draw became available are prospective entries. Earlier uploads are not entered retroactively.
• Uploads from eligible CampPics accounts are entered automatically. No administrator approval is required before entry.
• Each upload must be original or properly authorized, associated with the correct park, campground or campsite, and useful to other campers.
• Each upload must comply with the Terms of Service and upload rules.
• CampPics may mark an upload ineligible if it is duplicate, irrelevant, misleading, unsafe, associated with the wrong location, of insufficient quality, rights-infringing, contrary to these rules or otherwise unsuitable.
• CampPics makes the final eligibility decision, acting reasonably.

No-upload entry method

• No purchase and no upload are required.
• One no-upload entry is permitted per person and CampPics account per calendar month.
• The entrant must be logged into a verified account and submit the form on this page.
• Multiple accounts, bots, scripts and automated submissions are prohibited.

Prize

There is one prize per monthly draw with an approximate retail value of CAD $10. The confirmed winner may select a digital Amazon.ca or Bass Pro Shops gift card, subject to availability. When neither is reasonably available, CampPics may offer an agreed digital gift card of equal or greater value.

The prize is not transferable except at CampPics’ discretion. No additional prize is awarded for that month.

Odds

The odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received for that monthly draw.

Selection

• Selection is random from eligible entries for the previous month.
• One primary selected entrant and up to two distinct ranked alternates are selected when enough distinct eligible entrants exist.
• Additional entries increase a person’s chance of selection.
• After a person is selected, their remaining entries are excluded before selecting the alternates.
• A selected person is not a confirmed winner until all requirements are met.

Contact and response

• CampPics contacts the primary selected entrant using the verified account email.
• The primary selected entrant has seven calendar days to respond.
• If they do not respond or are ineligible, CampPics proceeds through any available ranked alternates in order.
• Each alternate receives seven calendar days to respond.
• If the primary and all available alternates fail to meet the requirements, the prize is forfeited for that month.

Skill-testing question

The selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance, a mathematical skill-testing question before being confirmed as the winner.

Winner announcement

CampPics may ask permission to publish the winner’s nickname. No nickname or identifying information is published without consent.

Disqualification

CampPics may disqualify bots or automated submissions; duplicate or fraudulent accounts; attempts to manipulate the draw; ineligible, duplicate, spam or rule-breaking uploads; false eligibility information; or conduct that compromises fair operation.

Privacy

CampPics uses the existing account email and entry information only to administer the draw, contact selected entrants, verify eligibility, deliver the prize and maintain an appropriate draw record. No phone number is required.

Information is handled under the CampPics Privacy Policy. Only necessary information should be retained, and public winner identification requires separate consent.

General

CampPics’ decisions are final, acting reasonably. CampPics may suspend, modify or cancel a draw when fraud, technical failure or circumstances beyond reasonable control prevent fair operation. Any replacement process should preserve fairness where possible.

The draw is subject to applicable Canadian law and is void where prohibited.
